建站为什么是三个「区间」而不是一口价?Why bands instead of one fixed price?

SKU 数量、定制区块、多语言、第三方对接与修订轮数都会拉动工时。区间对应常见工作量分布;立项书会把页面清单、修订次数与排期写死,避免口头误会。 SKUs, custom sections, locales, integrations & revision rounds move hours. Bands map typical workloads; the scope doc fixes pages, rounds & dates.

可以先只做建站,之后再订阅月费服务吗?Can I build first and subscribe later?

可以。建站验收后再按需开通标准版或 DFY;档位可随时协商调整(以合同约定为准)。预算有限也可先只做建站,或单次诊断与清单交付,再议月费。 Yes. Subscribe after launch — Standard or DFY — tiers can change per contract. You can also start build-only or a one-off audit.

每个区间内具体包含哪些页面与修订?What pages & revisions sit in each band?

立项前会约定:首页、集合与详情的模板数量、SKU 上限、是否含博客 / 政策页、以及修订轮数。区间上沿通常对应更多模板或更深定制;超出部分按小时或包段加价。 Before kickoff we agree templates, SKU ceiling, policy/blog pages & revision rounds. The top of a band usually means more templates or depth — overages are quoted hourly or as add‑ons.

付款一般怎么拆?How is billing split?

建站常见为首付 + 验收尾款(比例在合同中约定)。月费多在月初或自动续费日前结算;分成模式(标准版、DFY 的销售额比例)按合同附录对账。 Build projects are usually deposit + balance on acceptance. Monthly fees bill at month start or before renewal; revenue‑share lines reconcile per the contract appendix.

标准版、DFY、定制怎么选?Standard vs DFY vs custom?

标准版:策略、SOP、基建与每周陪跑;广告账户由你操作。DFY:授权后代发帖、代投、按约定交成片。定制:超出月费模板的范围单独立项。 Standard — strategy, setups & coaching; you operate ads. DFY — we publish & run ads per access. Custom — anything outside the retainer template, quoted separately.

预算够不着月费怎么办?What if the retainer is too high?

可先只做建站项目,或单次诊断 / 清单交付;跑通验收后再订阅标准版或 DFY。具体组合在沟通里定。 Start with a build-only project or a one-off audit / checklist; subscribe when you’re ready.
